Hiconse
Eight services, four audiences, and one positioning line to hold them together. Hiconse sits between academia and industry — the site had to make that intersection legible rather than scattered.
Challenge
A consultancy spanning AI strategy, DevOps, internships, hackathons, academic publishing, incubation and patent filing risks reading as unfocused rather than multidisciplinary.
Approach
Anchor everything to one idea — the intersection of academia and industry — then let each of the four audiences find its own track quickly.
Outcome
Live at hiconse.in with all eight services, partnership tracks, founder profiles and a workshops section, on a fast static build.
The brief
What the business needed.
Hiconse — Hindustan Consultancy Services — describes itself as bridging academic research, innovative engineering and enterprise-grade AI. In practice that means eight distinct services: application development, AI consulting, professional internships, hackathons, Q1/Q2 Scopus and SCI publication support, startup incubation, patent and IPR filing, and DevOps and cloud.
The risk with a range that wide is obvious. Present it as a list and it reads as a firm that does everything and specialises in nothing. Present it well and it reads as genuine multidisciplinary reach — which, with 500+ students mentored, 50+ publications supported and 20+ partner institutions, is closer to the truth.
Complicating it further, the four audiences want opposite things. A student wants an internship or a hackathon. A university wants a research and publishing partner. A corporate in BFSI wants AI governance and measurable ROI. A startup wants technical mentorship and a go-to-market path. The architecture had to let each of them self-select within seconds.

FAQ
Questions this raises.
How do you structure a site for a consultancy with many services?
Anchor every service to a single positioning idea, then route by audience rather than by service list. Hiconse holds eight services together under "the intersection of academia and industry", with separate tracks for students, universities, corporates and startups.
Why build a consultancy site as a static site?
When content changes occasionally and speed matters, a static build removes framework and database overhead entirely — pages load fast, hosting is simple, and there is far less to attack or maintain.
