What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form, plus two technical fields recorded with it.
- Name, email address and phone number — so we can reply to you.
- Service, budget and project details — the dropdowns and message box on the contact form.
- IP address and browser user-agent — recorded with the submission as a basic anti-abuse measure.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no chat widget, no session tracking and no user accounts. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
If that changes — for example if we add analytics — this page will be updated before the change goes live.
Third parties that can see your IP
Being precise about this matters, because merely loading a page reveals your IP address to whoever serves the files.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the typefaces used on this site.
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — serves the animation libraries.
- Hostinger — our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database and keeps standard server logs.
Links to client websites, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram are ordinary outbound links. Once you follow one, that site's own privacy policy applies, not ours.
Where it is stored and for how long
Contact submissions are stored in our database on Hostinger infrastructure, and are visible only to Qyverix staff who handle enquiries.
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If an enquiry does not become a project, we delete it once it is clearly no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
Write to enquire@qyverix.in and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. We will act on deletion requests promptly and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
