What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form, plus two technical fields recorded with it.
- Name, email address and phone number — so we can reply to you.
- Service, budget and project details — the dropdowns and message box on the contact form.
- IP address and browser user-agent — recorded with the submission as a basic anti-abuse measure.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no embedded chat widget, no session tracking and no user accounts. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
If that changes — for example if we add analytics — this page will be updated before the change goes live.
The WhatsApp button
There is a floating WhatsApp button on every page. It is worth being exact about what it is, because "chat button" often means an embedded widget that loads third-party code and watches you browse. This is not that.
- It is an ordinary link. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp or Meta while you read this site, and no data reaches them just because the button is on the page.
- Nothing happens until you tap it. Only then do you leave for WhatsApp, at which point Meta's privacy policy governs — not ours.
- The message is pre-filled, not pre-sent. We fill in an opening line describing the page you were on. You can edit or delete it before sending, and nothing reaches us until you press send.
- If you do send, we see your WhatsApp profile — your phone number and display name — the same as any WhatsApp conversation. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
Third parties that can see your IP
Being precise about this matters, because merely loading a page reveals your IP address to whoever serves the files.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the typefaces used on this site.
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — serves the animation libraries.
- Hostinger — our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database and keeps standard server logs.
That is the complete list. Everything else this site points at is an ordinary outbound link that loads nothing until you click it: client websites, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our server status page at ssh.qyverix.in. Once you follow one, that destination's own privacy policy applies, not ours.
Where it is stored and for how long
Contact submissions are stored in our database on Hostinger infrastructure, and are visible only to Qyverix staff who handle enquiries.
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If an enquiry does not become a project, we delete it once it is clearly no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
Write to enquire@qyverix.in and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. We will act on deletion requests promptly and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
