Living Lines

A three-showroom architectural finishes retailer in Visakhapatnam needed a digital front door as considered as the materials it sells — brand-led, locatable, and built to send qualified buyers into the showroom.

Challenge

Premium tile and bathware buyers research online long before they walk in. Living Lines had three showrooms and fifteen-plus brands, but nothing online to browse, compare or navigate to.

Approach

Lead with the positioning — "Visakhapatnam's Premium Architectural Curator" — then make the two things buyers actually need frictionless: see the brands, find the nearest showroom.

Outcome

Live at livinglines.in with a brand gallery, a three-location showroom locator with maps and direct numbers, and free-consultation booking.

The brief

What the business needed.

Living Lines sells the finishes that decide how a building feels — large-format slabs, luxury bathware, marble and architectural stone, modular kitchens, smart-home electricals. It carries RAK Ceramics, Kajaria, Kohler, Grohe, Jaguar, Qutone, AGL and a dozen more, across showrooms in New Resapuvanipalem, Madhurawada and Vizianagaram.

That is a serious catalogue, and it was invisible online. In this category the buyer — a homeowner mid-renovation, an interior designer specifying for a client, a builder sourcing at volume — does their shortlisting on a phone. If they cannot confirm you stock the brand they want, or work out which of your showrooms is closest, they go to whoever they can confirm it for.

So the brief was not "build a catalogue site". It was: make the showroom findable, make the brand list credible, and make booking a consultation a single tap. The website's job is to end with someone walking through a door.

FAQ

Questions this raises.

What kind of website does a tile and bathware showroom need?

One that answers three questions fast: do you stock the brand I want, where is your nearest showroom, and how do I speak to someone. Living Lines leads with a brand gallery, a maps-integrated locator for all three showrooms, and a free-consultation booking flow.

Can the Living Lines team update brands and collections themselves?

Content is structured so brands, collections and showroom details are editable without touching layout or code — the same content-operations standard Qyverix applies across CMS builds.
