Developer calls to edit

The test of a content management system is not the feature list. It is whether someone in your team who has never seen the admin panel can update a page on a Friday afternoon without breaking the layout or calling anyone.

Most fail that test in one of two ways. Either the CMS is so generic that editing anything means fighting a page builder, or it is so locked down that every change is a developer ticket. Both end the same way — the site goes stale because updating it is unpleasant.

We build the admin around your actual editorial workflow. If you publish menus, the panel manages menus. If you publish case studies, it manages case studies. Fields are typed, structure is enforced, and there is no way to accidentally destroy the design by pasting from Word.

What's included

Scope of the engagement.

Structured content

Typed fields per content type, so editors fill in a form rather than wrestling a freeform block editor into shape.

Role-based access

Editors, managers and admins see only what they should. Least privilege by default, not as an afterthought.

Media management

Upload, organise and reuse images with automatic optimisation, so a 4MB phone photo does not become a 4MB page weight.

SEO fields per page

Title, meta description, canonical and social card image editable per page — no developer required to fix a snippet.

Audit-friendly

Changes are attributable. When something looks wrong, you can tell what changed and who changed it.

Headless when it earns it

We use a headless architecture when it genuinely helps and a simpler server-rendered CMS when it does not. The choice is justified, not fashionable.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is the difference between a CMS and an admin panel?

A CMS manages published content — pages, media, SEO. An admin panel manages operations — orders, inventory, users, reporting. Many businesses need both, and Qyverix frequently delivers them as a single interface so staff learn one system rather than two.

Should I use WordPress or a custom CMS?

WordPress makes sense when you need a large plugin ecosystem and your needs are conventional. A custom CMS makes sense when your content has a specific shape, when performance matters, or when you want a smaller security and maintenance surface. Qyverix will say plainly which one your project calls for.

Can non-technical staff use it?

That is the entire design goal. Fields are typed and labelled in your language, the structure prevents layout-breaking edits, and handover includes a walkthrough so your team is genuinely independent.
