Challenge
A 5,000-product catalogue across 13 stores in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, serving homeowners and trade buyers who need completely different things from the same site.
Approach
Build tools, not just pages. A tile calculator and an AR visualiser answer the two questions that stall a tile purchase: how many do I need, and how will it look?

The brief
What the business needed.
Bandhan Ceramic Private Limited has been trading since 2016 and now runs thirteen premium display stores — five across Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Karimnagar in Telangana, eight more through Tirupathi, Ongole, Anantapuramu, Bhimavaram, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram. The catalogue runs from 300×450mm ceramic wall tiles to 600×1200mm glazed vitrified and full-body slabs, plus sanitaryware, CP fittings and allied products like adhesives, grouts, trims and waterproofing.
Two audiences, one site. A homeowner wants to know what a tile will look like in their own room and how many boxes to order. An architect or builder wants specifications, trade pricing and someone who picks up the phone. Serve one badly and you lose the other.
The positioning — "International Quality · Indian Price" — set the tone: this had to feel like a premium brand while staying ruthlessly practical. Everything we built was aimed at removing a specific reason someone would delay a decision.

Takes room length and width in feet plus a tile size and returns the exact tile count for the floor area — and states plainly that the figure excludes wastage from cutting and skirting.
AR tile visualiser
Lets a customer preview any tile in their own room before travelling to a showroom, removing the single biggest hesitation in a tile purchase.
13-store locator
Every display store across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with addresses down to the landmark and pillar number.
Architect & trade desk
A separate track for architects, designers and builders — trade pricing, project support and a dedicated point of contact.
